Description
A turnkey construction, including the general construction and finishing works, electrical and mechanical networks, engineering systems, outdoor lighting, landscaping. The building consist of two adjacent sections (the first includes offices and lecture halls, the second- different sized auditoriums (from 100 to 500 people).Other facilities included in the project are: a fitness center, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a conference hall, a library, an atrium and an underground parking area with the capacity of 168 parking spaces.
